Sorry for all the song puns folks, but we’re very excited at TV Times because, after much anticipation, this week sees the start of his new talent search, Let It Shine. The show will see five young men cast in new touring musical The Band – a show about an aspiring pop group, scored with the music of Take That.

Think Andrew Lloyd Webber’s How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria? with a boy-band twist, and throw in Graham Norton and Mel Giedroyc as hosts and Dannii Minogue and Martin Kemp as judges, and you’ve got something that’s going to be magic.
