SORT YOUR LIFE OUT NEW THURSDAY / BBC1 / 8PM / EP 1 of 6 / FACTUAL
Stacey Solomon adores organisation hacks, crafty storage solutions and the art of decluttering. So the popular Loose Women
panellist is delighted that, following a successful pilot episode earlier this year, her home-improvement show Sort Your Life Out is back for a full six-part series this week.
Each episode sees Stacey and her team of experts help one family transform their lives and abodes by asking them to pack up all their possessions so that every item can be removed from their home and laid out in a warehouse.
The family is then challenged to get rid of half of the items, and must decide what they really want to keep and what they would like to recycle, donate or sell.
‘We collect stuff for comfort, so it’s daunting to let things go,’ says mum-of-four Stacey, 32, who recently gave birth to daughter Rose, her second child with her fiancé, presenter Joe Swash. ‘It’s an emotional watch.’
