MORNING LIVE NEW MONDAY-FRIDAY / BBC1 / 9.15AM / LIFESTYLE
There are exciting changes afoot for the return of BBC1’s popular daytime show Morning Live to our screens this Monday.
As well as relocating from London to a brand-new home in Manchester, Sam Quek, Kimberley Walsh and Sara Cox will be joining returning hosts Kym Marsh, Gethin Jones and Rav Wilding on the regular presenting rota.
‘Mancunians have a real sense of community spirit and that’s what Morning Live’s all about,’ says Sara, 47, who was born in Bolton.
‘We’d like to be a knowledgeable friend to our viewers – that mate who’s good for a chat and a laugh over a brew but offers great advice.’
Here, former Olympic hockey player Sam, 33, and Girls Aloud singer Kimberley, 40, tell us why they can’t wait to get started…
Are you excited to be joining the team full-time?
