Now an ambitious eight-part drama, penned by David Farr (The Night Manager, McMafia), is giving new life to the legend, supported by a stellar cast that includes David Threlfall, (Shameless), Frances O’Connor (Mr Selfridge, The Missing) and Jonas Armstrong (Robin Hood).
