- milk or unsweetened almond or oat milk 600ml
- smooth peanut butter 2 tbsp
- rolled oats 1 tbsp
- banana 1 medium, ripe
- date 1, stone removed (optional)
- frozen berries a handful
1 Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until very smooth. Transfer to a bottle and chill until ready to drink, or serve straight away with a cube of ice, if you like. This will keep in the fridge for two days, shake the bottle gently before serving.
