The 28-year-old men’s physique competitor, who has three top-five finishes in 2018, including runner-up at the Toronto Pro, layers numerous techniques into his triple-threat Tuesday workouts, from FST-7- style cable flyes for chest to a potent shoulder superset combo to an explosive finisher for his tri’s. With this program, the only thing getting “fat” will be your muscle bellies.
