<div style="page-break-before:always; page-break-after:always"><p id="1">We never get tired of complaining about the world, about the people. Every one of us has a list of items that we genuinely feel are going wrong, whether it is in our home or whether it is in our neighbourhood or our country. But it is our choice if we want to spend our life in this fashion, because there are no answers. Why the sun rises in the East, we have no answer. It is therefore best to forget these unanswerable questions, accept the thing and carry on. We have to accept these larger things, and even accept the weaknesses of human behaviour.</p><p id="2">Our attention should rather go on what our duties are. This is the item that we miss. In every given situation, there are clear cut, definite duties. Instead of sitting in front of the food and arguing about sow the country is run, it would be better if we start eating the food with full attention. The food can do good to us. Talking and getting excited doesn&rsquo;t help.</p><p>This is the central idea in yoga. Try to find out your duties which are there. One does not have to go to ask. Things are clear. You are in a situation, carry it out and don&rsquo;t allow the mind to get distracted while you are doing the duty: why it is like this, why others are not doing, and so on. That does not help.</p><div style="page-break-before:always; page-break-after:always"><p id="3">So full involvement in the work on hand without any other considerations is the answer to all these unanswerable questions.</p>
