Drinking a few glasses of water first thing in the morning, having a banana and milk for breakfast, listening to old Hindi film songs on the radio, visiting the temple, even praying and writing for that matter. And yes, Yoga too. She is also a very religious and God-loving person. She prays every day, and would earlier fast and go to the temple once a week. I remember taking up to fasting at the behest of my mother: be it for my accountancy exams or for anything important that I wanted, she would suggest I fast, and most of the times it worked! To her credit, she never asked me not to study or take things lightly; fasting and praying were what we could do in the end, after having studied for long hours, for months together.
