As a girl, as a woman, we go through so many changes or transitions in life that sometimes when you look into the mirror, we just don’t recognize ourselves. At menarche, a girl is unable to understand if she is a kid or should she stop being one. The road is new, the emotions are new, and, above all, the body is new. Sometimes the adaptation is easy, but sometimes it takes a lot to understand the whole new self. We look for answers which sometimes never come to us. To delve deep is the way then. Let’s delve into yoga then and see how this ancient practice can help us.
