Sunanda Pushkar death: Delhi HC notice on Delhi Police plea against trial court's clean chit to Tharoor
The Delhi High Court issued notice challenging the discharge given by the trial court to Congress MP Shashi Tharoor in the death case of his wife Sunanda Pushkar. Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma issued notice to Tharoor on Delhi Police's application for condonation of delay and listed the matter for further hearing on February 7.
