Hyderabad: Sleep deprivation has been found to be one of the long-term symptoms. Doctors say that relaxation and yoga can help cure the problem.
According to Dr Raja Rao, superintendent of Gandhi Hospital, lack of sleep is a common symptom of viral infections that is seen for several days. “Many patients who tested positive suffer from long Covid-19 symptoms such as lack of sleep, which last for months together. Another reason for lack of sleep is the stress that has become common during the pandemic,” he said.
