The Fujifilm XF 18 mm f/1.4 R LM WR prime lens is designed for Fujifilm APS-C camera bodies. It is a ‘fast’ lens that can be easily carried along the whole day since it is quite light in weight. The lens is ideal for photojournalists, architectural and landscape photographers and for environmental portraiture. The equivalent focal length on the 35 mm format is approximately 27 mm. The XF 18 mm f/1.4 R LM WR lens was announced globally on April 15, 2021 and launched in India in July 2021.

The Fujifilm XF 18 mm f/1.4 R LM WR lens is well made. The lens barrel appears to be made of metal. The lens is weather-resistant; it has eight weather seals to protect it from dust, moisture and temperatures up to -10 degrees Celsius. Filter thread size is 62 mm in diameter. The lens is made in the Philippines.
