The X-A7 is a compact and lightweight camera that you can carry around on a gimbal or a portable stand for great videos. The camera has been made simpler by the use of easy sliders to simulate various settings.

Design and Build Quality

The Fujifilm X-A7 has a polycarbonate exterior with a dual tone finish. The top and bottom have a glossy metallic finish, while the middle section has been given a leather-like textured finish. The camera features a fully articulated LCD. The top panel features an accessory shoe (hot-shoe), mode dial, two command dials, power button and shutter release button. The camera has a metal tripod receptacle.

Key Features

The Fujifilm X-A7 uses a 24.2 megapixel APS-C (23.5 x 15.7 mm) CMOS sensor with primary color filter. The sensor unit uses an ultrasonic dust reduction system. The camera accepts Fujifilm X mount lenses.

The camera uses a TTL 256-zone metering system and provides the usual metering modes — Multi, Spot and Average. Exposure can be compensated up to +/-5.0 EV in 1/3EV steps in still mode and +/-2.0 EV for movies. Still images are captured at maximum dimensions of 6000 x 4000 pixels in Raw (RAF format) or JPEG format with an option to record both simultaneously. Videos are recorded at up to 4K (3840 x 2160) quality (29.97P/25P/24P/23.98P) in MPEG-4 format with H.264 compression. The X-A7 offers a continuous shooting speed of up to 6.0 fps. The camera allows you to record videos continuously for up to 15 minutes. High-speed movie recording is available at 1280 x 720 quality at 1.6x, 2x, 3.3x and 4x speeds.
