By the time you get called for an interview, a potential employer would have already familiarised themselves with you based on your CV. Ella Ndevu, communication specialist at IQ Academy, explains that a winning CV is not just an overview report supported by your qualifications and skills, but it is how a potential employer becomes interested in possibly hiring you.
