Actor says he doesn't want his children to grow up the way he did
THE talented Masoja Msiza is a testimony that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Having a troubled childhood did not derail the actor from reaching his potential. While working hard to give his children the life he never had, he is also focusing his energy on inspiring others.
BREAKING THE CYCLE
Masoja met his father when he was 14 years old and recalls it as a difficult experience.
He says he is grateful to have met his father and that as a result of his parents’ decisions, he knows the kind of parent he never wants to be.
“I am working on being a better parent for my children. I want to break the cycle, which I told myself should end with me. I don’t want my children to grow up the way I did; I want them to have different life experiences,” he says.
