Who said your Summer wardrobe has to cost your entire month’s salary? Antara Bose picks 10 styles that look trendy and cost less than rials 50!
Summer holidays are meant to flaunt all those styles your workdays didn’t let you. While the excitement of jetting out for a break is in the air, there also lurks that slight anxiety of making sure our summer holiday wardrobe has all the season’s must-haves. You wouldn’t want to turn up in a new place, amidst unknown people and not make a fashion statement, would you? Though the liberty to experiment is still at your disposal, here are a few affordable, yet downright trendy ensembles you can put together in less than Rials 50.
1 A DENIM SHIRT AND JEANS
Probably the most timeless, nothing says casual yet chic like a denim shirt and a pair of jeans. Getting this look right is fairly simple. If you fancy darker jeans make sure your denim shirt is significantly lighter. Lighter jeans, on the other hand, calls for shirts at least two shades darker. Full length sober jeans, ripped three-fourths or frayed shorts, just ensure you’ve maintained a contrast. Wear it with simple espadrilles, ankle strapped heels or even a pair of comfortable pumps; you’d be surprised with the versatility of this look.
2 HALTER MIDI DRESS
Flowers scream summer! And a floral dress in bold colors is stunningly loud, vibrant and an absolute must-have for your holiday wardrobe. A halter neck or a cross-back, both have a wonderfully summery appeal. Slip into matching wedges and you are good to go.
3 PLEATED MAXI DRESS
