Eat what you like and drop 7lb in seven days.
How would you like to lose 7lb, avoid food cravings, improve your health and still eat tasty food? That’s the promise from the Pioppi diet.
‘The tiny village of Pioppi in southern Italy has some of the healthiest, longest-lived people in the world,’ says Dr Aseem Malhotra, cardiologist and co-author of The Pioppi Diet. ‘The average life expectancy is 90, and conditions such as obesity, heart disease, cancer and diabetes are very rare.
‘On this groundbreaking diet (which is supported by scientific research) you can have cheese, butter, cream, good-quality chocolate and red wine. But no sugar or pasta. You don’t count calories. Yet the weight will drop off.’
