Safer at HOME?

Not sure about you, but this quarantine has left me with a list of lurgies…

Safer at HOME?

So, how’s your lockdown going? If you’re making like a proper girl then you’ve probably ended up with something called ‘tech neck’. Unlike the traditional turkey neck (you’re just old, get over it) this is caused by too many hours spent hunched over your phone/tablet/laptop.

Whether it’s trying to book a supermarket delivery slot or Zooming a mate or work colleague, us women seem to have become glued to our gadgets. Guilty as charged – it feels like a cricked neck but with added ouch. And it makes clicking noises, which is really what no one needs from their spinal column. It got me thinking of other lockdown lurgies that mainly affect the female of the species. See how many you can tick off.

Fluid retention – the fluid in question being wine. Red, white, rosé, it doesn’t really matter.
