AMANDA TO REPLACE CAT?

With increasing criticism directed at the This Morning host, are producers ready to call in a familiar face?

Despite her popularity over the years, having been a hit on SM:TV Live and CD:UK, it's no secret that This Morning fans haven't taken to Cat Deeley since she took the helm in the spring.

When she returned to the show after the summer break, one viewer commented, 'I've enjoyed watching again while Cat has been away, now won't watch again she's back. Another added, "This Morning has definitely lost its sparkle. It is no way as good as it used to be. Sorry, Cat and Ben just don't work. Maybe it's time to call it a day, sorry guys.' A third said, 'I will not watch Cat Deeley as she is too loud. Speaks over everybody. I always watched This Morning but not now.’

And with Cat saying she’d quit ‘if it gets too much’, are producers lining up a replacement in the form of Amanda Holden?
