She’s an activist, TV presenter, model, and author, as well as being a mum to two daughters, Belle, seven, and Penelope, four, with her husband of six years, carpenter Richard Sutton. So just how does 37-year-old Katie Piper keep her cool when everything goes a little bit crazy?

You’re ridiculously busy at the moment, with a new book release and bedding range on top of that. How do you fit everything in?

It’s so funny because a year ago we were all kind of scared about what was happening to our lives and careers and now it feels like the world has opened up. It’s about trying to find a balance of still doing all the things that were good for me in lockdown, like reading and journaling, as well as returning to my career.
