The royal sweethearts share their love in Sussex

It was their first visit to their namesake county since being titled Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but Prince Harry and his wife Meghan’s whirlwind trip through the south of England was most notable for the newlyweds’ repeated public displays of affection.

The lovebirds clasped hands as they greeted locals on their scheduled walkabouts and even cuddled up on a couch at a youth centre in the town of Peacehaven. Veteran royal photographer Mark Stewart notes, “They’re not afraid to hold hands. They don’t mind showing their emotions.”

Former palace spokesman Dickie Arbiter adds, “Meghan is used to being touchy-feely and Harry is the same. Harry has always been tactile.”
