In the dynamic world of fashion, trends change swiftly and as do consumer tastes, preferences and behaviours. But over the past decade, the entire fashion retail market has seen a shift in consumer behaviour due to the advent of e-commerce. A panel discussion titled 'Let's Make Fashion Product Great Again' at India Fashion Forum 2024 explored the evolution of e-commerce and consumer behaviour over the past 10 years.
On the panel of experts were:

• Yogesh Kakar, Chief Product Officer Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein, PVH Arvind Fashion The session was moderated by Narendra Kumar, Former Creative Director, Amazon Fashion.

Preeti Gupta opened the debate by saying, "Ten years ago, e-commerce was fairly new, and it was seen as the discounted channel to liquidate stock. Cut to ten years, today, we are clear that e-commerce is here to stay and it is critical to understand how to play this channel."
