Yet another glorious event by ITP Media India. The Hotelier India's GM Summit Southern Region, which took place at the Grand Ballroom of JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, was a huge hit.
Industry delegates from across the region gathered to exchange ideas, embrace innovation, and elevate the hospitality landscape.
The event started with a heartwarming welcome address by Bibhor Srivastava - Managing Director, ITP Media India. Post which, hospitality titans and visionaries took the stage for the first panel discussion titled 'Driving Shareholder Value in the New World Order', which was moderated by Vijay Thacker - Director, Horwath India. The panellists were Gautam Birudavolu - Chief Executive Officer, Green Park Hotels and Resorts, Nirupa Shankar - Joint Managing Director, Brigade Group, Vikram Cotah - Chief Executive Officer, GRT Hotels & Resorts, and Zaid Sadiq - Executive DirectorLiaison and Hospitality, Prestige Group, who spoke about leadership, people engagement, and growth and development strategies in the hospitality industry.
This was followed by an industry address by Sumant Bhatia General Manager, Havells-Crabtree Automation & Controls.
The second panel discussion was about 'Innovation in Disruptive Landscape', which focused on how the industry leaders are gearing up to maximize operational efficiency, elevate guest experience, source and retain talent, reduce costs, and face challenges.
