What triggered your interest in the hospitality industry?

Hospitality has been my calling. Raised with 'Atithi Devo Bhava' values, I prioritize exceptional guest experiences. Seeing luxury hotels in action only fuelled this passion. The amazing buildings, beautiful interiors, and incredible attention to detail - it was all so inspiring. It made me realize I wanted to be part of something bigger, creating those unforgettable moments for guests.
