Automation and Customer Attention Drive This Company's Growth

Rachel Blatt had the seed of entrepreneurship planted at a very young age. Her father was the first employee at Compuware, a startup that later became a billion-dollar publicly traded company.

After watching Compuware grow as she herself grew up, she also landed her first corporate job with the company. There, she began to learn the art of sales. When she stepped into the auto industry she incorporated her tech knowledge, becoming a top performer.

Blatt had the opportunity to work for three different companies before deciding to do it better on her own. In 2018, she founded Royalty Logistics. "I fell in love with the industry, the customers, and saw tons of opportunity," she says. The company focuses on moving vehicles, working primarily with dealers and original equipment manufacturers, but is working on expanding its offerings.
