CANCER-STRICKEN Princess Kate finally came out of hiding after six months of seclusion to attend King Charles' official birthday celebration, but the courageous 42-year-old mom of three shockingly confesses she is far from well!

Looking tired and frail despite heavy makeup, Prince William's wife reveals grueling chemotherapy is taking a crushing toll on her physically and emotionally and shockingly admits that despite five months of treatment, "I am not out of the woods yet!" Her bombshell admission stunned palace insiders.

"We were shocked Kate was so open about her health crisis," a well-placed senior palace official admits. "She is usually so secretive about personal matters.

"It seems she's much sicker than anyone suspected and she may not be able to cover up the truth much longer." In a statement the day before her June 15 appearance at the Trooping the Colour celebration, the English public's darling candidly declared dealing with the "uncertainty" of her cancer battle was emotionally hard.

"My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months," she says. "I have good days and bad days. On the bad days, you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. I'm taking each day as it comes." Kate's nightmare exploded after she underwent secret scheduled abdominal surgery in mid-January and spent two weeks in a London hospital.
