Lauren Goodger is on a high right now following her much-anticipated comeback on the show that first made her a star - TOWIE.
However, there is one thing this Essex girl wishes didn't keep happening. According to a source close to Lauren, she is "fed up" with people dragging up her past with her former fiancé Mark Wright, following her hugely popular return to TOWIE. She moved on a long time ago, they say and believes it's high time everyone else followed suit.
Lauren made her dramatic comeback on the latest series of The Only Way Is Essex more than 10 years after becoming a household name during the show's first ever season.
And viewers who watched Lauren, now 37, in her first scenes will no doubt recall her turbulent relationship with Mark, also 37. These days, Mark is happily married to Fool Me Once actress Michelle Keegan.
The former couple were childhood sweethearts, who met at the tender age of 15, and dated on and off for 10 years before finally splitting in 2012.
Lauren previously compared the pair's ill-fated relationship to that of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, saying, "It's annoying getting dragged into my ex's life, but I understand it's a massive part of where we started...
"It's like other people in the public eye, like Brad and Jennifer. I get it, but it goes over my head now."
