With her bright blue eyes, radiant glow and megawatt smile, Sarah, Duchess of York, looked like the very picture of good health as she got ready for a recent girls-night-out with W Princess Beatrice. The mother-daughter duo dazzled as they dressed up in their best to hit the town in the Big Apple in images that were shared to Facebook by their makeup artist, Clarissa Luna.

The fun trip to New York with her eldest child would have been unimaginable for the duchess, who is affectionately known as Fergie, just a few months ago. In June, the 64-year-old British royal underwent a single mastectomy after she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The mum-of-two has since credited her quick recovery thanks to the love and support of her girls, Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
