THE DUNE STAR GETS CANDID ABOUT CHEMISTRY WITH HIS CO-STARS

Their relationship might be about to heat up on screens when their new film is released Down Under on February 29, but Timothée Chalamet has revealed that his connection with his Dune: Part Two co-star Zendaya was alive and well from “the [very] first chemistry read”. “Z makes it easy. She is so great to work with, so talented and so generous as a performer,” the 28-year-old tells WHO. “We’re both the same age so we have always kind of stuck together.”

It’s seemingly been that way ever since the pair got to know each other while working on part one of the film franchise back in 2019. Though Zendaya recently divulged that their actual first encounter wasn’t exactly the best indication of the beautiful friendship they would go on to have. “We were on the same flight, and I fell in the airport and that was technically our first meeting,” Zendaya explained on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on February 1, before hinting that her future co-star didn’t come to her aid. “I didn’t know her!” Chalamet then insisted. “I didn’t know what to do!”
