The Return Gift

Let's do something!" Goldy hyena said.

"Don't worry, Goldy. We'll have a party soon," said Dingo fox, a popular businessman in Sarasvan.

"Is there any fool trapped to serve as our delicious meal?" Goldy asked, his mouth starting to water.

"Not yet, but we will trap one soon! The Sarasvan Annual Day will be celebrated on an open ground this year and all the small animals will gather there to celebrate. I will be the chief guest at the program."

"Annual Day? That's the party you have planned for me? I don't want to attend a children's toffee-chocolate party," Goldy said, making a face.

Hearing this, Dingo properly explained his plan to Goldy.

"Oh! Now I get it. Your plan is unbeatable. I'll definitely go with you," Goldy replied, jumping with joy.

The organisers of the Annual Day program were thrilled to hear that Dingo was ready to be the chief guest. Dingo even promised to cover half the expenses of the event.

"It's wonderful that you'll also distribute gifts to the children," said Wendy hippo, the head organiser, thanking Dingo.

When Dingo told about this to Goldy, he was confused. "We don't even have a penny between us! Where will you get the gifts from? You'll be humiliated in front of everyone," Goldy said.
