All the animals in the forest were greatly troubled by the mice's antics, including Elvis elephant. The mice would deflate someone's bicycle tyres and run away, or remove a stool just as someone was about to sit, causing them to fall with a thud, causing laughter among onlookers. The forest animals found amusement in the pranks of the mice as long as they were directed at others and not themselves.
The mice were delighted by their antics and particularly enjoyed teasing Elvis due to his lack of agility compared to them. Everyone was fed up with the naughty trio, but the mice themselves were wary of Katy cat.
The forest inhabitants had witnessed on multiple occasions that no matter how clever the mice thought they were, they were no match for Katy. They had seen Katy punish the mice by making them do sit-ups in front of everyone for their misbehaviour. If they made even the slightest noise, Katy would scold them instantly; they couldn't hide or escape from her.
As preparations for Dussehra were in full swing in Haritvan, Roro, Momo, and Koko set up a stall at the fair like every year. This year, they decided on a stall offering chaat and golgappas, with the secret intention of teaching Katy a lesson.
They named their stall 'Special Chaat and Golgappa'. The stall drew a large crowd, with passersby's mouths watering at the sight of the delicious offerings, causing them to flock to the stall.
Some people enjoyed golgappas, while others preferred the spicy tikki chaat. Everyone left the stall saying, "Ah, it was so much fun eating golgappa and tikki. They are so tasty and spicy!"
Elvis elephant and his friends wanted to teach the mice a lesson. They devised a plan and went to Katy as part of their strategy.
Elvis said to Katy, "Katy, do you know that those three naughty mice have set up a stall of spicy golgappas and chaat at the Dussehra fair this time?"
