From Sunday, Prime Video Wimbledon champion Carlos Alcaraz will be aiming to finish 2023 on a high when he guns for his first ATP Finals championship in Italy this week.
The season-ending event, which features the world's eight highest-ranked singles players and doubles teams, is being held at Turin's Pala Alpitour stadium, and will also see Novak Djokovic defend his title as he seeks a record-breaking seventh victory in the competition.
Turin will be the Serbian player's 16th appearance at the event, while Alcaraz is making his debut - the Spaniard qualified last year, only to withdraw prior to the contest with a back injury.
