NOT MANY CAN SAY THEY LOVE GOING TO THEIR JOB AND DOING IT EVERY DAY. BUT FOR ANNA, SUCH IS THE CASE, AND SHE COULDN'T BE MORE THRILLED TO HAVE FORGED THIS PATH FOR HERSELF.

Can you tell us about yourself and how you got started in photography?

I am Ukrainian born, studied marketing in college and worked in marketing and concert production for 7 years. Photography has always been fascinating to me more than any other form of art.  I had a camera since I was 18, but only after moving to Miami in 2014, I realized that photography is the craft I want to pursue.

At what point did you realize that photography is what you wanted to do as a career?

At one point in my life I found myself alone in a foreign country hating my job, and I had a burning desire to change this. My love for fashion and photography made me realize that if I could combine these two elements, I would be creating my dream job. Learning the rest came effortlessly.

Your projects are a collaborative process. Tell us what is like to always be working with new stylists, models, and designers.

Although working with other creative people I meet for the first time could be challenging, I love a new energy and try to learn from every experience to see other perspectives. I also avoid booking inexperienced models for a client shoot and advise my clients not to do so as we can put the entire project under at risk.

What does fashion mean to you?
