DESTINATION: ANYWHERE

NOT TO BE DRAMATIC, BUT YOU'VE BEEN DREAMING OF THIS MOMENT FOR MONTHS. ALL YOU NEED NOW? A PERFECTLY PACKED SUITCASE.
POPPY PRICE
DESTINATION: ANYWHERE

Your summer vacay? Booked. Now there's just one thing standing between you and exploring the world: an empty carry-on. Whether you love packing or loathe it, stashing your stuff smartly means you get maximum use out of minimum baggage. Here's how to pack right so you can make the most of your travel moments. Bon voyage!

READY, SET, PLAN

Make your list. Start by writing down *everything* you'll need on vacation, from bathing suits to your fave sunnies to juicy beach reads (see page 14 to find the perfect one). Then, get to checking it off!

Peep the forecast. While we hope your vacay will be sunny and glorious, you don't want to wake up to unexpected dreary days. Be prepared by packing items that fold up neatly, like a lightweight raincoat and a cotton sweater that can double as a beach cover-up.

Start early. A few days before departure, leave your suitcase open in your room. Then, start to leisurely toss in items like your eye mask or your makeup bag while you're thinking about them. This helps limit all that last-minute pressure when you're running around wondering what you're forgetting.

PACK IT UP

Play favorites. Pack go-tos like your white jeans and that pairs-with-everything striped tee. That way you'll have something you actually want to wear, no matter your mood.
