Once upon a time, in a place whose name I do not remember, there lived a wise man called One Percent.

And my tale is about how he got this strange name.

On a day of a very hot summer, when even eggs which hens laid came out boiled, and people suffered from severe climate change, on such a day, a man with heat suffusion requested Mr. One Percent to give him a remedy.

Where do you feel the heat? asked Mr. One Percent.
