Wellness is training your mind to be positive in life, as it is never going to be perfect. As you go ahead in your life, you face challenges; you come across varied people, different opportunities, and situations you have never been in before. Going through all of that, you learn many new skills and attributes, and you learn to train your mind to not be negative during those situations and to stay positive.
My philosophy is that you should keep learning new things every day. Not just about your work or about what you do for a living, but also in your personal and public spaces. You just keep learning new things, applying them to your life, and seeing how your life takes a positive trajectory.
