Sport is not easy—nothing is easy, if you want to be the best. But it’s important to know that working hard, not giving up, speaking up and taking care of yourself are super important. We are living in a world where we must love ourselves more than anyone else. And we must understand that no one will [fully understand us]. So, it’s important that experienced and upcoming athletes really take care of their physical and, more importantly, their mental well-being.
