It is not a trend but a mastery of self-representation. Asia’s Most Stylish is Tatler’s annual list of sartorial tastemakers who embody these exact definitions. Last September 13, Tatler Philippines celebrated its annual list with a party. The event’s co-presenters Ayala Malls and Greenbelt, provided a venue, allowing guests to gather at The Gallery in Greenbelt 5. As most will acknowledge, Greenbelt is located at the heart of our country’s capital and the go-to for shopping and fashion.
With the presence of nine out of ten honourees—eight of whom were decked in jewellery from our gold sponsor, Tiffany & Co—Asia’s Most Stylish launch night became one to remember as society guests flocked to the beloved luxury mall. Stylists and fashion designers such as Ria Prieto and Marga Nograles toasted the night away with businessman Atom Henares, editor Arnel Patawaran and more; all enjoyed free-flowing drinks and canapes by Margarita Forés’ Lusso.
The programme started with Tatler Philippines’ Managing Director Irene Martel Francisco greeting the guests and introducing Asia’s Most Stylish. “The list is made up of the style vanguards who express distinctive individuality,” she said. “They are the tastemakers who are never afraid to break the rules and push fashion to its limits.”
