A 14-year-old boy named Sumit came to us with a complaint of fever and weakness lasting for a day, followed by altered sensorium and paralysis. When he arrived at the emergency room, he was unconscious and experiencing continuous seizure episodes. We initiated primary treatment in the emergency room and conducted several investigations, including an MRI of the brain. Due to his critical condition and altered sensorium, he was put on a ventilator.
