The £7,200 tribute has finally been unveiled after being locked away for five years in a row over where it should be sited. The bronze sculpture of the Walthamstow-born footballer was originally funded by Waltham Forest Council in 2019.
It was to adorn Chingford Overground station in North East London but transport chiefs said "No" following a risk assessment.
