EDUCATION Secretary Bridget Phillipson has vowed to end Tory pettiness and point-scoring and develop a grownup relationship with teachers.
Writing for the Mirror, Ms Phillipson said she wanted to work with teachers to break down barriers to opportunity for kids.
During her first week in the role she met the leaders of nine education unions to fix the broken relationship with the profession.
