A DESPERATE mum is calling on kind-hearted Scots to make becoming an organ donor their New Year's resolution as her tot fights for his life on a transplant list.
Jade Bradford, 23, is clinging on to hope that 2025 will be the year her three-year-old son Zachary receives the double organ donation that will put an end to his hell.
The brave lad, from Kirkintilloch, near Glasgow, has defied the odds after doctors told the family he had just weeks left in September 2024.
He desperately needs a small bowel and liver transplant.
The Record previously told how Zachary would require the donor to come from a small child.
However, specialists in Birmingham, where Zachary will have the op, have since vowed to accept larger organs - which has opened up the possibility that a match will be found.
Now, Jade has sent an SOS to people to register to become a donor in time for the Bells.
