Cop dog Jax is shot dead after biting his handler

A POLICE dog has been shot dead by armed cops after turning on his handler during a search for a missing person.

Jax became “aggressive” and savagely bit the female officer who suffered a serious leg injury.

Colleagues tried to restrain the vicious animal but they decided to shoot him as he posed an ongoing threat to his handler.
