HIT a nine-darter and win the tournament... Pro Tour debuts don’t get much better than Luke Littler’s.
The teenage sensation romped to victory last night in the first Players Championship of the year, hitting a nine-darter during victory over Michele Turetta and missing double 12 for a second of the day against Cameron Menzies.
Wins over Alan Soutar and Luke Woodhouse helped Littler, 17, reach the final where he averaged almost 110 but still needed a last-leg decider to beat Ryan Searle 8-7 in Wigan.
