The former Lostprophets singer, 46, jailed for 29 years for a string of child sex offences including the attempted rape of a baby, is seriously ill in hospital after being stabbed by inmates in Wakefield prison.
But Jo Mjadzelics, 47, who exposed the singer's dark fantasies with kids to police, was dismissive of his health. She said: "I cannot believe it took them so long, particularly in Wakefield prison."
Jo had an on-off relationship with Watkins from 2006 after he sought her out on MySpace. He was jailed in 2013.
