<p>Gino Sorbillo, 49, has begun serving pizza with the fruit on top. But critics in Italy say it threatens to destroy &ldquo;our own tradition&rdquo; and are fuming in a feud echoing Joe Dolce&rsquo;s 1981 hit Shaddap You Face.</p>
<p>The head of the Sorbillo empire, founded in Naples in 1935, said: &ldquo;I was driven by a desire to combat prejudice. Even traditions need to be refreshed.&rdquo;</p>
<p>The pizza was unveiled on Instagram, with Gino saying it was proving popular with young locals.</p>
<p>One critic accused him of importing &ldquo;American junk&rdquo;. Another said: &ldquo;I respect you but I want to cry.&rdquo;</p>
