Revealing her name, Alexis, 40, praised his wife as the "greatest mum of all time" and said: "Welcome, Adira River Ohanian.
"I'm grateful to report our house is teeming with love: A happy &amp; healthy newborn girl and happy and healthy mama.
"Thanks to all the amazing medical staff."
