'I told Ten Hag to walk from United after FA Cup win'

United have won just three of their nine matches so far this season and risk going into the international break on a five-game winless run should they fail to defeat Aston Villa today.

As a consequence of the recent poor results, questions hang over Ten Hag's future at the club.

The terrible start to the campaign follows United's record lowest Premier League finish of eighth last term. And the club have claimed just two wins from their first six league games of the new season, despite splashing more than £200m on summer transfers.
