Since virtually the start of the year, Parkway have had to play two games a week due to the wet and cold weather seeing a number of postponements during the winter months. That has led to fixture pileups for a number of clubs with Parkway having to end the season by playing a ridiculous eight games in just 17 days.
They are not alone and now, five other teams - Bracknell Town, Truro City, Tiverton Town, Hayes & Yeading and Hendon - are also having to play three games in the final week of the Southern League Premier season, while the situation is just as bad in Division One South where teams are cramming games in ahead of Saturday's final round of fixtures.
In fact, Sandhurst Town are so far behind with their games that they have had to play ten games in just 13 days as they chase promotion from Combined Counties League Division One - and the league title.
