Occasionally, when I'm out on my cat-sitting rounds, feeding, stroking and brushing the usual daily collection of entitled, ungrateful felines, I have a need to "borrow" things.

While this only usually involves human consumables, such as the odd tea bag, a drop of milk and electricity to boil the kettle; every now and then, I take things from the cats themselves (cat burglar?).

The most recent example happened just the other day, while visiting a pride of five tortoiseshells named Penny, Brandy, Honey, Autumn and Edna (I feel the owner had definitely run out of tortoiseshell colour-related names by the time she got to Edna).
